Latest Update: Mercedes-Benz showcased the AMG SL 55 at Auto Expo 2025.

Price: It is priced at Rs 2.35 crore (ex-showroom pan India).

Variants: It can be had in a single fully loaded trim.

Engine & Transmission: The AMG SL 55 Roadster uses a 4-litre V8 twin turbo V8 petrol engine which churns out 476PS and 700Nm, mated to a 9-speed automatic transmission. With these output figures, it can sprint from nought to 100kmph in 3.9 seconds.

Features: It is loaded with amenities such as 11.9-inch MBUX touchscreen infotainment system along with a 12.3-inch digital driver’s display. The AMG SL 55 Roadster also features a 1220W 17-speaker Burmester sound system, ventilated and heated front seats with massage functions, 64 colour ambient lighting and dual-zone climate control.

Safety: Passenger safety is taken care of by blind spot assist, surround view system, parking assist, eight airbags, ESP, and optional radar-based ADAS.

Rivals: The Mercedes AMG SL55 Roadster is a direct rival to the lower variants of the Porsche 911.
